libexporter-easy-perl software package provides perl module to take the drudgery out of Exporting symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexporter-easy-perl
libexporter-easy-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexporter-easy-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexporter-easy-perl *
You will get with libexporter-easy-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
